high ruffle collar cardigan

I'm beyond proud of myself for this one! I've had this black cardigan since high school (7ish, cough, years ago) I had a dress I had bought from the thrift store, that was just too big for me. I took some scissors to it, made a ruffle and this gorgeous thing is what came out!
