I've been wanting to make a ruffly pillow for awhile. I seriously think I would put ruffles on everything if my husband would let me! We in the process of redoing our living room and thought this would be perfect for my shabby chic theme! We had old pillow cases from our bed set, so I used those to create another pillow for our new couch!
