His favorite part...the garter.

During my wedding browsing, I came across some adorable garters...but guess what...they were WAY too much for me to spend. I'm cheap remember!

With some basic sewing knowledge, my thrifty little Brother sewing machine, and a tutorial from google, I managed to make this....

one to keep...

and one to toss!

~fabric from WalMart ($4.97 per yard)

~ brown satin ribbon, another WalMart find ($1.97)

~elastic, yup from WalMart

~and topped it off with a vintage button from my stash!
