diy: garland. pom poms

I constantly find myself guaking over garland. Any shape, size, color, pattern, whatev. I have no idea where to use my garland, but I wanted  had to make some.

My garland ended up in my bathroom. I don't know about you, but my biggest accomplishment each day is just getting up; which deserves a party.

thoughts? I've never decorated with garland.
