...actually....just run. Speed is not important.
I am currently on week 7 of my Couch to 5K.
We finished our run right as the sun was going down over the Mighty Mo.
oh and when I mentioned "we" I meant my pretty pooch. She's a great running buddy...unless it's muddy and this is what I have to deal with...
but muddy or not, we still love her.
How exciting that you are training for a 5K!! we do one every year in May and we always walk it - maybe I should start that plan too!
